Who we are

What we collect
- Account data — e-mail address, password (stored only as a cryptographic hash), and the date you registered.
- Subscription data — subscription status, paid-until date, and the transaction reference returned by our payment provider.
- Technical data — IP address and browser information recorded in server logs for security and troubleshooting.
- Analytics data — only if you consent. See “Cookies and analytics” below.
We do not receive or store your full card number, expiry date, or security code. Card details are entered on our payment provider’s own page and are handled by that provider.
Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- To provide the service you subscribed to and to manage your account — performance of a contract.
- To take payment and prevent fraudulent or unauthorised use — performance of a contract and our legitimate interests.
- To keep records required by tax and commercial law — legal obligation.
- To measure how the site is used — only with your consent.
Cookies and analytics
We set a small number of strictly necessary cookies so that you can log in and stay logged in. These do not require consent.
Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in the banner shown on your first visit. Until you accept, no analytics identifiers are stored and no analytics data is sent. You can change your choice at any time by clearing the site’s cookies.
Who we share it with
We share the minimum necessary data with: our payment service provider (to take payment), our hosting provider and video delivery provider (to operate the site and stream video), and, where we are legally required to do so, competent authorities. We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
Our web server is located in Germany and our video delivery network operates globally. Our company is established in Japan, so your data is also accessible from Japan. Japan has been recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection.
How long we keep it
Account and subscription data are kept while your account is open and for a further period as required by Japanese tax and commercial law. Server logs are kept for a short period for security purposes. You may ask us to close your account at any time.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, or a copy of your data in a portable format, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to info@369.vc. If you are in the EU or UK you may also complain to your national data protection authority.
Children
This site is restricted to adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
