Terms of Service – 369 IV Streaming

1. About this service

369 IV Streaming (“the Service”) is an online video streaming service operated by 369 Inc. (“we”, “us”), a company registered in Japan. The Service offers streaming access to Japanese image video (“IV”) titles produced or distributed by us.

The Service is streaming only. No download, disc, or physical product is supplied through this website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, and of legal age in your country of residence, to create an account or subscribe. By registering you confirm that you meet this requirement.

The Service is intended for viewers outside Japan and is not offered to residents of Japan.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal: you may not share, resell, or transfer your account or your access to the video content.

4. Subscription and billing

The subscription fee is EUR 28.00 per month, charged in advance.
The subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel.
You may cancel at any time from My Account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Payment is processed by our payment service provider. We do not store your full card number on our servers.
If a renewal payment fails, we may suspend access until payment succeeds.

5. What a subscription gives you

A subscription gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to stream the titles that are in the current line-up, for as long as your subscription is active.

The line-up rotates: titles are added and removed over time, and a title available this month may not be available in a later month. We do not guarantee that any particular title will remain available.

6. What you may not do

You may not record, capture, download, copy, redistribute, publicly show, or make available any part of the content, nor circumvent or attempt to circumvent any access control or geographic restriction.

7. Intellectual property

All video content, artwork, and text on this site are owned by 369 Inc. or its licensors and are protected by copyright. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available continuously, but we may suspend it for maintenance, or where required for legal or technical reasons. We are not liable for interruptions outside our reasonable control.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, in particular where content is copied or redistributed. Where we close an account for a breach, no refund is due.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Where you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
